Guest chef Adrain Thomas aka A's Food Empire

A is New York homegrown and homemade, originally hailing from Crown Heights.  As the oldest of four siblings, their passion for cooking began with a passion for family, self-taught by utilizing his Grandma Sharon's recipes to help care for their siblings.

A's cooking is rooted in their West Indian heritage, inspired by their family's recipes, and dazzled and dressed with Asian spices.
